Fresno police have dubbed her the “Back to School Shopping Bandit.”
On Wednesday, 29-year old Adriana Saldate was arrested and booked into the Fresno County Jail.
She’s accused of using a stolen credit card to rack up over $1,000 worth of merchandise purchased during an apparent Back to School shopping spree. Investigators say Saldate used the card at four different stores in Southeast Fresno
She was arrested by Southeast Fresno Police Detectives as she attempted to drive away from one of her final stops.
Saldate now faces felony charges which include burglary and identity theft.
