Fresno (KMJ) Madera Police have arrested a suspected serial tire slasher.
William Smith was tracked down Sunday night after allegedly slashing the tires of several cars – apparently at random – near Madera High’s North campus.
Cops say Smith threatened a citizen who confronted him and then ran from responding officers who eventually made the arrest.
