FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — The first storm in two weeks brought a third of an inch of rain.
The National Weather Service says Fresno's seasonal total is at more than 4 inches, which is well below the usual 7 inches for this time of the year.
The storm also brought snow to the Sierra, with Shaver Lake seeing around 3 inches on Sunday.
