FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — The Golden State has seen it’s highest rate of sales involving small and medium-sized businesses in 9 years.
More than 15,500 companies changed hands throughout California in 2014, according to the Bizben Index.
Much of the action took place earlier in the year, although Fresno County saw 44 sales in December.
BizBen says more buyers are pulling out the cash, as the economy continues to recover.
