FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — The Central Valley housing market continues to recover from mortgage meltdown.
fFreclosures are declining, and prices are improving as well.
According to CoreLogic, home prices, including distressed sales, rose more than 7% this past November year-over-year.
Visalia, Madera, and merced also saw growth.
