FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — The Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino has begun issuing refunds to those who were in the middle of a game, when a faction of the Picayune tribe tried to take over two months ago.
Thousands of gamers were forced to leave; but they're now getting their money back.
tTe casino remains closed, as the tribal factions have yet to resolve their differences.
Leaders of the McDonald faction are in jail, facing felony charges.
