TULARE,CA (KMJ)- The Tulare Police Department is currently looking for a hit & run suspect.
Thursday, January 9th around 6:45 PM, 61 year old Marcelina Escobedo from Tulare was hit by a car while walking across the street near the intersection of Inyo and D street.
After hitting Escobedo, the driver fled the scene.
Escobedo was immediately taken to the hospital, however he died of his injuries Monday.
Now, Tulare police are trying to identify the driver, and asking anyone to come forward with information.
