(KMJ) – Madera Police say this woman, identified as Heather Anglin, owns the dogs who attacked and killed a man in that city on Monday.
38-year old Lasaro Macedo suffered fatal bites to his face, arm and legs during the attack in a riverbed on the 1400 block of East Yosemite.
At the scene, Officers shot and killed a pit bull as it charged at them.
Detective Sergeant Mark Trukki said a second dog was impounded at the scene.
They believe it was also involved in the attack.
Madera Police now ask anyone with information on the location of Heather Anglin to contact its detectives at (559) 675-4239.
