FRESNO (KMJ) – The city of Clovis has a new police chief.
Captain Curt Fleming will take over following the retirement of chief Matt Basgall.
Fleming has been a member of the Clovis Police Department for 13 years.
Fleming is a native of Fresno and graduated from Bullard High School and Fresno State.
If he’s confirmed by the city council, his first day will be August 3rd.
