FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — The illegal alien charged with murdering Newman Police Corporal Ronil Singh during a traffic stop back in December entered a plea Thursday.
Paulo Mendoza pled “not guilty.”
Mendoza is charged with shooting Corporal Singh to death the day after Christmas, when he was pulled over on suspicion of driving under the influence.
He’s being held at the Stanislaus County Jail.
