FCC Student Body President Pleads Not Guilty To Felony Sex Crime

FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – The Fresno City College Student Body President pleads not guilty to a felony sex crime.

25-year-old Christopher Washington appeared Friday in Fresno Superior Court where he pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of having oral copulation with a minor under the influence.

He also pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor charges of providing an alcohol to a minor, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

On Monday, October 15, Washington and two female students were found at night on FCC’s campus, intoxicated inside a women’s bathroom.

Washington was initially cited for molesting a minor; contributing to their delinquency, possessing alcohol on campus and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Just before noon on Tuesday, Washington was arrested and booked into the Fresno County Jail on the more serious felony charge.

If convicted, Washington could spend up to 8 years in prison.

He’s currently in jail in lieu of $42,000 dollar bail.
