(KMJ) – As Oakhurst and the surrounding communities in the Sierra continue to deal with the impacts of the Ferguson Fire, animal shelter volunteers are now asking for help for animals impacted by this blaze.
The Mariposa Animal Shelter says it is now completely out of all canned food for dogs and cats. And Central California Animal Disaster Team volunteer Colette Goga tells KMJ they specifically need Science Diet – sensitive stomach pet food in medium bags for dogs and small bags for cats.
