FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — A man accused of physically assaulting and robbing a woman was busted in southeast Fresno Wednesday morning.
24-year-old David Ortiz is suspected of punching the woman in the face as she was leaving the gym near Kings Canyon and Flower.
Ortiz allegedly knocked her to the ground, stole her purse and keys, and then took off in her vehicle.
He was captured by police at Ventura and Santa Fe in Downtown Fresno.
