(KMJ) Health officials in Los Angeles County are warning of a potential measles exposure at Universal Studios Hollywood.
A person infected with measles visited Universal Studios Hollywood on Sunday, July 26th, spending nearly eleven hours inside the theme park.
County health officials say anyone who was there between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. may have been exposed to the highly contagious virus. Officials are urging visitors to confirm they’re vaccinated and monitor for symptoms.
Unvaccinated individuals, pregnant women, infants, and those with weakened immune systems should contact a healthcare provider immediately. Anyone who develops symptoms should stay home and avoid work, school, and large public gatherings.
