FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — The man who was shot and killed in northwest Fresno Tuesday night has been identified as 19-year-old Edgar Hernandez.
Police were called out to the Reflections Apartments near Shaw and Brawley avenues just before 9 pm.
Officers arrived and found Hernandez inside a unit with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital, where he died.
Police have taken a 13-year-old into custody and say the teen was responsible for the shooting.
They were booked into the Juvenile Justice Campus for manslaughter instead of a homicide.
