FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – Former Fresno County supervisor Phil Larson has died at the age of 92.
He was remembered on KMJ’s Afternoon Drive Show Thursday as guest host Clint Oliver, (filling in for Philip Teresi ) spoke to Ryan Jacobsen about Larson’s life.

Phil Larson was first elected to the Fresno County Board of Supervisors in 2002, and served three terms for District One, reelected in 2006 and 2010.
Larson worked for Wilbur-Ellis and was past President of the Fresno County Farm Bureau, and State Director for California Farm Bureau District 7.
Larson was also a farmer, growing raisins, grapes, hay and cotton at his family ranch in Kerman.
Memorial services are still to be determined.
