(KMJ) An employee of the Raisin City School District has been arrested on felony charges of annoying a child and lewd and lascivious acts with a minor.
49-year-old Carlos Rivas was taken into custody on March 19 and bail was set at $60,000. He has since posted bond and been released.
The Kerman resident served as a Food Service coordinator and coached sports.
After his arrest, Raisin City Schools placed him on administrative leave.
