CLOVIS, Calif. (KMJ) A homeless man has been arrested after another man was found dead in a Clovis parking lot early Thursday morning.
53-year old Charles Gully is behind bars in the Fresno County Jail on manslaughter charges and a probation violation.
He’s accused of killing 64-year old Robert Ramage. Security video shows Gully and Ramage, who’s also homeless, get into a fight near Ashlan and Villa around 3:30am.
Ramage’s body was found in the parking lot near the Fresno County Child Protectives Services building. Investigators say he had severe head trauma.
This was the second homicide in Clovis of 2025.
