(KMJ) — Clovis Police were involved in a car chase after multiple attempts to pull over a driver over on Tuesday monring.
Officers were in the area of Gettysburg and Helm Avenues when a red Toyota run a stop sign. The driver refused to stop and lead police on a chase. The pursuit had to be called off various times due to reckless driving and public safety.
Police after a third attempt were finally able to stop the driver, 24-year-old Joseph Daggs, near Shaw and 6th Avenues. There he was finally pulled over and was arrested without incident.
Daggs was booked into the Fresno County Jail and is facing multiple charges related to the chase.
