TULARE (KMJ) — Investigators with Tulare County Sheriff’s Office have asked for the public to help figure out who is responsible for a homicide outside Tulare.
Woodlake resident Tariq Alsumiri was found dead in an orchard near Oakmore Street and Cartmill Avenue on Friday May 11th. The Sheriff’s Office has established that the 25 year old was killed by multiple gunshot wounds.
