PORTERVILLE, Calif. (KMJ) — Porterville PD have arrested 20-year-old Santa Cristina Pablo, in the alleged killing her 4-year-old niece.
Pablo is accused of suffocating the girl.
The motive remains unclear.
She’s been booked into the Tulare County Jail.
