Fresno, CA (KMJ) A deadly shooting is under investigation in the town of Goshen.
The Tulare County Sheriff’s Department says an unidentified male victim was shot to death around 1 AM Thursday on the 6500 block of Betty Drive.
Deputies say as of 5pm Thursday afternoon, a person of interest – 24-year-old Allen Ray Horsley of Goshen – turned himself in without incident.
