Fresno (KMJ) Fresno PD homicide detectives are investigating the death of a man who’s body was found around 4am Monday inside an apartment near San Pablo and Vassar.
At this point, detectives are calling it an “accidental stabbing” as well as “suspicious”.
They say the unidentified victim was stabbed several times.
No arrests or motives have been announced.
