Fresno has been water rationing, and there’s some water shaming too, for folks whose lawns are still green.
But, Mayor Ashley Swearengin says we are dong a good job in our efforts to conserve.
“Actually, we are second best in the state for water conservation – we have 18% reduction in our water with ten percent to go.” -Mayor Ashley Swearengin.
The Mayor says if the people who are still watering daily and the people watering 3 days a week can both cut down to two days a week, it will make a difference.
