FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — We know that it’s unsafe, and here in California, we even have laws against it.
However, 18% of Americans say they simply cannot resist checking their e-mail , or sending text messages, while they’re behind the wheel.
According to a new report from the University of Southern California, millennials, who are most likely to be distracted, are less likely to believe online communication while driving is unsafe.
