A Los Angeles judge has ordered former rap music mogul Marion “Suge” Knight to stand trial on murder and attempted-murder charges in a deadly hit-and-run. Knight is charged with intentionally killing Terry Carter and seriously injuring Cle “Bone” Sloan by striking them with his truck outside a Compton burger stand in January. The judge ruled today after prosecutors presented some of their evidence.
