FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) — Most of us enjoy taking a vacation, after weeks of being tied up at the office, or wherever our job may be.
According to new data from Gallup, there’s a link between the time we take off, and our well-being.
A recent survey found those who regularly take vacation time, tend be more healthy, and are more likely to have successful relationships.
That leads to higher productivity, fewer sick days and lower turnover, benefiting you and your employer.
