(KMJ) – An Alameda County man now faces road rage charges in Fresno County for allegedly shooting at another vehicle on Interstate Five.
Fresno County Sheriff’s Deputies say 70-year old John Sayer of Livermore is accused of firing a gun at a passing car after he was seen by witnesses weaving in an out of traffic on the I-5 near Highway 198. Deputies say this all happened back on May 15th.
Sayer was arrested at his home later that day and was booked into the Fresno County Jail. He faces charges of assault with a firearm and shooting at an occupied vehicle. He as since bailed out of jail.
