TULARE CO (KMJ) Tulare County Sheriffs deputies were called Tuesday to a report of possible human remains along Highway 99 and Washington Ave. in Earlimart.
When deputies arrived, they found scattered skeletal remains along the embankment on the northbound lanes of the highway.
The TCSO Homicide Unit took over the investigation.
