FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – A successful year for the 13th Annual Feeding Families Fund Drive benefiting the Central California Food Bank.
The grand total was announced on Thursday after KMJ invited listeners to join us on Sept 18, 2026 in supporting Valley families struggling with hunger and donate to the 2026 Feeding Families Fund Drive!
$1 provides up to 4 meals and with the GAR MATCH, your donation grows 50%. Your $20 donation will grow to $30! This phenomenal opportunity allows us to feed more people more food.

On Thursday, October 8, 2026, Director of Development, Chanel Ruiz-Mendez appeared on the Ray Appleton Show sharing the tally. She says thanks to your donations the amount of meals they will be able to provide is over 1.7 million.
Each year, KMJ broadcasts at The Market on Herndon and West in Fresno. This year’s event took place on Friday, September 18th from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for a drive-thru drop off event.
