FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — The Central California Women’s Conference is Tuesday with Soccer legend Mia Hamm this year’s keynote speaker for the conference.
Hamm is a two-time Olympic gold medalist and FIFA Women’s World Cup champion.
Widely regarded as one of the greatest athletes of all time, Hamm’s legacy of leadership, perseverance and excellence serves as the inspiration behind this year’s theme,”Beyond the Goal.”
“Each year, CCWC brings together thousands of women who are looking to learn, grow and be inspired,” said Teri L. Amerine, Board President and Treasurer of the Central California Women’s Conference.

In addition to the keynote luncheon, attendees will enjoy breakout sessions led by local and national experts, opportunities to connect with community organizations and businesses, shopping, networking and experiences designed to support personal and professional growth.
The Central California Women’s Conference is the largest women’s event in the region and has awarded more than $1.8 million to local nonprofit organizations serving women and children throughout the Central Valley.
