FRESNO, CA (KMJ) – Fresno County Supervisor Garry Bredefeld spoke to KMJ to comment on the attention locally and nationally for a video in which he’s starring.
The video features Bredefeld firing weapons, riding in an armored vehicle, a helicopter, and a boat to promote September’s “State of the County” event.
The Fresno Chamber of Commerce issued a statement responding to concerns over Bredefeld’s appearance and the tone, saying the video is a small part of the upcoming Fresno County luncheon, and the event is designed to honor first responders and local workers, rather than promote any single political official.
The luncheon is scheduled for Sept. 24.
