UPDATE: FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — A 42-year-old man is dead after a shooting involving at least two Fresno Police officers in southeast Fresno.
FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — A heavy police presence near Church and Cedar avenues in southeast Fresno has resulted in roads being blocked.
Fresno Police say they received a call just after 11:30 a.m. Friday for a disturbance regarding a son refusing to leave a home armed with a gun.
Police are asking residents to avoid the area as it is still an active scene.
Calwa Elementary School was placed on lockdown but students are now being dismissed.
