FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — The City of Fresno is now offering money to upgrade damaged and potentially dangerous properties.
The Mobile Home Replacement Program is now available to residents, expanding the existing Mobile Home Rehabilitation Program.
The city says it was created specifically for mobile homes in such a state of disrepair that it cannot be restored through conventional methods.
Those eligible may qualify for up to $100,000 in assistance with 0 percent interest.
There are no monthly payments is fully forgivable after 15 years.
