FRESNO, CA (KMJ)  Fresno’s real estate market is gaining national attention—not just for affordability, but demand.
Construction Coverage ranks Fresno as the 15th hottest housing market in the country.
Analysts say what sets Fresno apart is price.  The average home here costs about $386,000—that’s half a million dollars cheaper than LA and nearly a million less than San Francisco.
More than one‑third of homes sold above asking, with prices up about three percent over the past year, driven by strong demand and limited supply.
