FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — Two people have been stabbed at a separate location close to Art Hop in Downtown Fresno on Thursday night, police confirm.
Authorities say a 17-year-old boy and an 18-year-old woman were stabbed.
The two victims stabbed were both taken to the hospital and are expected to be okay.
The 17-year-old boy was stabbed in the leg after police say a group of three to four men approached him and a fight broke out.
The 18-year-old was stabbed in the back in a separate nearby incident, where a 29-year-old woman also suffered a broken nose.
Police say there were officers already working in the area, so they were able to respond to these disturbances quickly.
