CLOVIS, Calif. (KFSN) — The Clovis Rodeo says crooks are trying to scam vendors by posing as organizers for the annual event.
The real coordinators posted a flyer, which The Clovis Rodeo Association says is a fraud.
It’s seeking food and drink vendors, but the association says it’s not soliciting businesses and all food vendors are nonprofit organizations that receive direct communication.
The Rodeo Association is urging people to avoid responding, sending payment or sharing personal information with any individual or organization claiming to offer vendor spots.
