FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KMJ/KFSN) — The morning rush hour turned deadly on Wednesday.
A 3-vehicle crash at Zediker and Dinuba occurred around 7 am, leaving one driver dead.
The California Highway Patrol says a Black Hyundai was going east on Dinuba when the car ran a stop sign.
Officers say a Nissan truck was going south on Zediker when it crashed into the Hyundai. A third vehicle waiting at the intersection was also hit.
The CHP says the impact caused the Hyundai to go into an orchard. The unidentified male driver of the Hyundai died from his injuries.
It is not known if drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.
