FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) — A motorcyclist has died after colliding with a garbage truck in Fresno County.
It happened just before 1 p.m. Monday afternoon on Temperance and Clemenceau avenues, which is northwest of Kingsburg.
CHP officers at the scene say it appears the crash happened as the motorcyclist was trying to pass the truck as the large vehicle was preparing to turn.
Crews were still at the scene around 3:30p.m. and drivers were being advised to avoid the area.
