TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KMJ) A late night domestic dispute turned deadly Sunday in Earlimart.
Tulare County deputies were called to a report of a car versus a pedestrian in the area of State and Sutter Street just before midnight.
When they arrived, deputies found a woman who had been hit by a car. The unidentified victim was rushed to Delano Hospital where she died from her injuries.
Deputies learned the incident was related to a domestic dispute. The suspect, 28-year-old Benjamin Rodriguez, was detained at the scene and taken into custody.
