Bakersfield, CA (KMJ) A Kern County jury has found that Raffi Daniellian was sane at the time when he shot his neighbor to death at his home in 2020.
The Bakersfield man had already been found guilty of first degree murder. Prosecutors say the dispute was over a broken window.
The victim, Lavel Myers, was shot 8 times. Daniellian was spotted on doorbell video, armed at the time of the killing.
He faces 50-to-life when he’s sentenced in next month.
