FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ/KFSN) — The interim boys soccer coach at Hoover High School in Fresno, who was arrested for possession of child sex abuse material, is now out on bail.
The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest and booking of 38-year-old Miguel Lara of Fresno on Thursday.

Investigators say they followed up on a tip and contacted Lara at an apartment complex on North Backer Avenue in northeast Fresno.
Lara’s electronic devices were collected as evidence during his arrest. He later posted bail
Fresno Unified has been made aware of Lara’s arrest but have not issued a public statement.
Lara is due in court August 7.
Detectives are asking anyone who may have been a victim or anyone who has information on this case to come forward.
