City Of Merced Launches New App For Residents To Stay Connected

MERCED, Calif. (KMJ/KFSN) — The City of Merced is making it easier for residents to take action in their neighborhood.

It’s launched the “Merced Connect” app to help stay in touch with those in and around town.

The app is available for download now and enables residents to report potholes and request tree maintenance from the city department.

You can also report a crime that’s not in progress, request public records, view the city council meeting agendas and find volunteer opportunities.

It launched a while back, but the city has made some adjustments to enable it to work even better.

Once you file a report, you can expect the city department to follow up with you.

The goal is to help the city run smoothly.
