(KMJ) The first lawsuit has been filed following the deadly fireworks facility explosion in Yolo County three weeks ago.
Etta James Farming filed the lawsuit against the owner of Devastating Pyrotechnics; the owner of Blackstar Fireworks; and Yolo County Sheriff’s Lt. Sam Machado, the owner of the property where the fireworks were stored.
Seven people were killed in the massive explosion.
According to the attorney for Etta James Farming, they are suing for damage done to their 74 acres of crops and farm equipment by the fire.
