FPD: New Developments in Two Homicide Cases

FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ/KFSN) — The Fresno Police Department announced a trio of arrests in a 2018 homicide.

Three suspects have been arrested in connection to the murder of 20-year-old Trazhan Heights. They are identified as Michael Joyce, 26, Xavier Hamilton, 26 and Laevon Milton, 25.

Officers discovered the 20-year-old victim on March 10, 2018, near Marks and McKinley.

He was visiting a friend when he was shot several times.

An 11-year-old child was also hit, but survived.

Investigators are also updating the public on the murder of Kyrin Wright, which now has a $50,000 reward from the Governor’s office for information that leads to an arrest.

Wright was gunned down in the parking lot of an apartment complex near Clinton Avenue and Fresno Street in May of 2021.

The 19-year-old later died at the hospital.
