The Fresno Irrigation District is hosting three grower meetings to give updates on the current water supply conditions according to a FID news release.
Those updates cover: FID’s Recharge Efforts in 2023, the Kings River water rights fight, and the North Kings Groundwater Sustainability Agency and its efforts to comply with the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act.
The first meeting is set for Kerman on Tuesday, April 30, 8:30 a.m. at the Kerman Community Center.
The second meeting is scheduled for Easton, Wednesday, May 1, 8:30 a.m. at the C.P.D.E.S. Hall.
And a third meeting is going to be held in Clovis, Thursday, May 2, 8:30 a.m. at the Clovis Transit Training Center Senior Center.
Doors at each of the meetings will open at 8:00 a.m. at all three locations and coffee and pastries will be served.
RSVPs are not required.
