Oakland A’s To Make Temporary Move

(KMJ) – The Oakland A’s announce they will temporarily move to a Sacramento minor league park while they wait for a new stadium to be built in Las Vegas

The announcement was made early Thursday morning by the team and Oakland officials.

They have spent 56 years in the East Bay, racking up four World Series Championships.

Their plan is to leave the Oakland Coliseum after the 2024 season and play at least three years at Sutter Health Park, which is located about 85 miles northeast of the Oakland Coliseum.

The teams said the will share the arena with the Sacramento River Cats, and the San Francisco Giants’ Triple-A team.
