Fresno attorney Roger Bonakdar joined John Broeske and Diane Pearce on KMJ to discuss the latest on the fraud scandal that put nearly a thousand Bitwise employees out of work. Jake Soberal and Irma Olguin pleaded not guilty Thursday to numerous federal charges. If convicted, they could face up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fines. Bonakdar represents several former Bitwise workers.
