
KINGSBURG, CA (KMJ) – A man from Kingsburg convicted of sexually abusing underage teens was sentenced on Tuesday in a Fresno County courthouse.
Prosecutors said Brandon Howard was working at a retail store more than three years ago, when he coerced underage teens into sexual activity.
In May of 2022, Howard admitted to three felony sex crimes involving minors.
Prosecutors say there were multiple victims between the ages of 14 and 17.
One victim’s mother tried to attack Howard in court, during sentencing in July of 2022, saying he raped her son.
On Tuesday, April 4, 2023, a a Fresno County judge ordered Brandon Howard to serve two years of probation.
Howard will also have to register as a sex offender.
