FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. — A father is on the run after deputies say he took his child after losing custody.
The Fresno County Sheriff’s Officer is now searching for Luis Padilla. Deputies say he entered a home where the child was and took him without the knowledge of the grandmother who was watching him.
Padilla has recently lost custody of the 8-year-old boy. After taking him, Padilla called the mother to say he had taken the child but did not say where he was or headed to.
The man this described as being 5’7”, 150 lbs, black hair and brown eyes. Some features that may stand out is a number eight tattoo on his throat and a dragon tattoos on his upper back.
Deputies say he has a history of traveling to San Diego, Oakland, Fresno, Del Rey and Reedley.
